A healthy baby at 12 pounds can sleep through the night with good habits.

Can babies learn to fall asleep on their own without sleep training?

I have never heard a baby sleeping through the night without training, schedule, consistency, etc.

Is it okay to let baby cry during sleep training?

Every baby sooner or later had to do some crying depending on the baby’s age. If done properly it’s very fast, 4-5 days, 11-1/2-12 hrs straight through!
